A 5th wheel adapter plate allows a gooseneck hitch to tow 5th wheel trailers. It features a shank to drop into the gooseneck ball hole and provides a set of industry-standard 5th wheel base rails to mount a 5th wheel hitch.
CURT X5™ 5th wheel adapters are available for Double Lock™ and Double Lock EZr™ gooseneck hitches, as well as select competitor goosenecks.

These 5th wheel adapters are a unique type of gooseneck hitch that is designed to mount onto a set of industry-standard 5th wheel base rails. If your truck is already equipped with 5th wheel rails, this hitch will provide a gooseneck ball for coupling to a gooseneck trailer.
